“To get what you want, you have to deserve what you want”

Cardio Combat

Abbie Cook’s love for fitness and focusing on both a healthy mind and body began long before she qualified to be a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist.

Abbie had always been involved in various sports growing up but became a national athlete after winning a large number of national and international titles. In 2013 she was fortunate to be selected to compete in both the World and European championship for karate. She then went on to focus on her studies where she wanted to develop her knowledge on sport and the body further; she wanted to understand what she was doing in training and why and how it would in turn benefit or even cause more damage.

But Abbie didn’t stop there, after passing her A levels she went straight on to training to become a personal trainer, here she was able to expand her knowledge further and more creatively. Now she is able to share her knowledge with others helping them to better themselves, she said “I wish I knew then, what I know now”, and said she doesn’t want that to be the case for others, she’s wants to go help people make a change now to their body both inside and out, which is also the reason she took an interest in sports nutrition, and of the mind. Her creative personality has enabled her to motivate people introducing them to a new way of training and even living, making sure they enjoy training and have the same passion for it as herself.
