68 Fitness Bootcamp is a results based fitness program to help you tone up, trim down and reach your goals.

Our highly trained fitness coaches- Tamara ‘TK’ Kramer and King designed this 8 session program to give you a variety of workouts including cardio and strength training to achieve maximum results for people of all fitness levels.

Weekday Bootcamp

  • 2 Sessions a week for 1 month
  • Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 12:30PM - 1:30PM
  • £68

Midweek Bootcamp

  • 1 Session a week for 2 months
  • Wednesdays
  • 6:00PM - 7:00PM
  • £68

Saturday Bootcamp

  • 1 Session a week for 2 months
  • Saturdays
  • 8:45AM - 9:45AM
  • £68

There is a £1.50 booking fee when paying online. Alternatively you can pay cash at the Studio and pay the £68 flat rate without the booking fee.


Weekday Bootcamp: 12.30-1.30PM (twice a week on Tuesdays & Thursdays) | Midweek Bootcamp: 6.00-7.00PM (Wednesdays only) | Weekend Bootcamp: 8.45-9.45AM (Saturdays only)

1. The 68 Fitness Bootcamp is a 4-week programme with 2 sessions a week. Once purchased the bootcamp is non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. You must notify 68 Fitness if you suffer from any health conditions or injuries.

3. 68 Fitness Bootcamp shall not be liable for any loss or injury attributable to the member.

4. Please note 68 Fitness will be filming sessions for use on our social media and website.
